I’m Stan Barachevsky — filmmaker and the creative mind behind the AETAS FILMS.
For more than ten years I’ve been filming destination weddings, elopements, and love stories across Europe and beyond. And the reason I still burn for this is simple: the moments that matter most are never planned. They don’t follow a script. They happen when you feel safe, relaxed, and fully present — when you stop performing and simply live your day.
My approach is documentary at heart. I don’t stage emotions and I don’t turn your wedding into a production. But you’re also never left alone or unsure what to do. I guide gently when it helps, step back when it matters, and create space where everything can unfold naturally. The goal isn’t to control the moment — it’s to protect it.
We focus on what’s real: the laughter, the messy tears, the quiet looks, the nervous hands, the chaos and the beauty in-between. Then we shape it into a film that feels cinematic and timeless — not something you watch once, but something that brings you back, again and again.
Years from now, when you will watch your film with family and future generations, I want it to still feel alive — real, emotional, and true to that day.

Teressa & Tyler flew from the United States to celebrate their four-day wedding on the beautiful island of Ibiza. From a cliffside party and a beach day in a hidden cove to a stunning ceremony at a villa, every moment was filled with joy and emotion. A wedding in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic — but make it fashion, freedom, and pure creative chaos. This wasn’t a “traditional” wedding day — it was a full-on statement. Debbie Brown (fashion designer behind Debbie Brown Factory) and Zdeněk turned the celebration into something bold, playful, and unapologetically original — the kind of wedding where style is part of the story, not just decoration.
Anna & Can: Castle Wedding in Vienna, Austria
Anna & Can chose a true castle setting near Vienna for their wedding day — Schloss Margarethen am Moos. Thick stone walls, old-world textures, big quiet spaces, and that rare feeling of history in the air — the kind of location that instantly raises the stakes without needing any extra “decor drama”. Veronika & Reece traveled from New Zealand to get married near Prague, bringing their closest people together at Château Zbiroh. Guests flew in from different corners of the world, and you could feel it — this wasn’t just a wedding day, it was a reunion with meaning behind it. Joshua & Emily: An Elopement on the Amalfi Coast, Positano
Joshua and Emily chose Positano for one clear reason: the view is insane, and the moment becomes the only agenda. On a terrace above the water, they read their vows with the sea below and the evening dropping into gold. This film is built on simplicity — wind, light, honest words — and that rare feeling when the whole world narrows down to two people and one decision.
Lisa & Lena: A Beautiful Wedding in Denmark
Lisa and Lena celebrated their love with a heartfelt wedding in a charming Danish church. Because every wedding is built differently, our collections are designed to fit your plans. A one-day celebration, an elopement, or a full multi-day experience all come with a different rhythm and a different level of coverage.
Your final investment depends on the format of your wedding (one-day or multi-day), the timeline and travel, the size of the team, and what you want to receive — for example: a cinematic teaser & cinematic wedding film, a longer documentary archive film, full ceremony and all speeches or a Social Media package.

Where are you based? Do you shoot in other countries?
We’re based in Prague, Czech Republic, but around 90% of our weddings are destination weddings and elopements in other countries. Over the past few years, we’ve filmed weddings across Europe — including Italy (Lake Como, Rome, Tuscany, Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast), Spain (Mallorca, Ibiza), France, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Montenegro, and more. We genuinely love traveling for weddings, discovering new places, and working with couples from different cultures. We’re always open to new destinations and happy to travel wherever your story takes place.
What do you charge to travel?
Planning a destination wedding or elopement? We are here to make it as easy as possible for you! Traveling is one of our favorite parts of the job, and we are thrilled to join you wherever your love story takes us.
Travel and accommodation within the EU are included in all our destination wedding collections.
The good news is that we take care of all travel arrangements ourselves, including flights, local transport, and accommodation, so neither you nor your wedding planner has to worry about any of it.
For weddings outside the EU travel and accommodation are quoted separately depending on the location and logistics involved. We will create a custom package that ensures everything is just as seamless. Wherever your wedding is happening, we will be there to capture your special day with care and passion, making the entire experience stress-free for you.

How many weddings do you take per year?
We film a limited number of weddings each year. Typically, this ranges from 12 to 15 weddings annually. Our primary focus is on quality and service rather than quantity, ensuring that each couple receives the highest level of attention and care for their special day.
What are the next steps?
